Holiday Prop & Product Styling for @Bevelspecs by @tnt_tauna & Dewayne Carson @PencilboxStudio
From August to November Dewayne and I worked on styling holiday images for an eyewear company called Bevel with our photo team at Pencilbox Studios. Our challenge was to come up with concepts that would represent the holiday without being over propped so that the glasses could be the focal point. We sourced and handmade many of the props and backdrops for Bevel’s images. We started with Labor Day and ended with Christmas and our very own blogger & model, Kimmy Jenkins, had the opportunity to model in our Day of the Dead scene. Take a look at the gallery below to see the conceptualized images:
As you can see, Bevel is committed to making eyewear as essential to personal style and self-esteem as apparel or cosmetics. Their minimalist esthetic and high-quality materials make them innovators in the field of eyewear. In an upcoming post, I’ll show you the new campaign we styled for them to introduce their new line of eyeglasses, so stay tuned!
