DIY: Peter Pan Collar Necklace with Faux Pearls @Miss_Lindo @AmongThorns13

I have a DIY for you that costs very little, but looks so cute! I love collars on blouses that have details to them such as glitter, rhinestones, and studs, but I’m not much of a fan of wearing collars. I wanted to bring that look into a necklace that you can pair with many different outfits. Here is what you will need:

Supplies:

Felt  (in any color)

Flat back Pearl

1/2 Inch Ribbon

Tooth Picks

Scissor

Tweezers (not pictured)

Collar Pattern

Aleene’s Jewel-It (not pictured)

Draw or Google the style of collar you want; I attached the one I used.

Pin or trace it onto the felt and cut out the collar.

The next few steps are kind of all the same. Use the tooth pick to spread the glue and work in sections. I outlined the edges first then worked on the inside. Use the tweezers to pick up the pearls. Patience is key so put some good music on or a movie.

After you finish filling in your collar, let it dry. Over night is best so you know the glue is dry. Then flip over and attach the ribbon and let dry. You can make these in many different colors to add a little something extra to any of your outfits!
